MASSACHUSETTS GOVERNOR EXECUTES BILL TO KILL - AUGUST 13, 2026

Today Massachusetts Governor, Maura Healey took on the role of the Egyptian Pharaoh in Exodus 1:22 who called for the slaughter of the innocence of the Hebrew babies as they were being born.
In signing the Abortion Bill which allows babies to be killed through the
entire 9 months of pregnancy, she violated the United States Constitution which gives us the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. I’m reminded of the song, “When the Lights Went Out in Massachusetts,” in that this is a dark day in the history of America and there is no light in Jonathan Winthrop’s City on a Hill. She violated one of the basic tenants of the Judaeo Christian faith, “Thou shall not kill.”
60 million unborn babies have been killed by abortion since the Roe v. Wade Decision and 60 million immigrants have come through our borders to replace them. When will we learn that Personhood of the Unborn is a God given right? The Word of God reveals to us in Psalm 139 that God created us in our mother’s womb. “ 13 For thou hast possessed my reins: thou hast covered me in my mother's womb. 14 I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well. 15 My substance was not hid from thee, when I was made in secret, and curiously wrought in the lowest parts of the earth. 16 Thine eyes did see my substance, yet being unperfect; and in thy book all my members were written, which in continuance were fashioned, when as yet there was none of them. “
Perhaps the greater motive of the State is to continue to harvest vital organs from the aborted babies to use in hybrid animal experimentation in their university labs. Hearts, lungs, livers being implanted in rats, monkeys and rabbits; I assure you that God will not look away from the genetic engineering. Nor will He look away from those who called for the lethal injections of vaccines which exterminated the babies of pregnant moms during Covid. God forbid the mail order death pills being delivered by our United States Post Offices to pregnant women. Pray for our Supreme Court of the United States to rule justly.
As Jesus said, “Father forgive them for they know not what they do.”

MIT, EPSTEIN CASE AND MURDER ON THE ORIENT EXPRESS

In the opening scene of Murder on the Orient Express we witness Sharia Law executed as a Muslim wife is stoned for her sin of adultery followed by the long train whistle of the Orient Express in Istanbul, Turkey. It leaves on its journey to destination London and becomes snowbound in a mountain pass in Yugoslavia where a murder occurs and justice will be served among its passengers. The world famous detective Hercule Poirot investigates and deposes the 12 passengers who all became suspects. The Russian Princess, the Butler, the Missionary Mary, the Obstetrician, the Colonel, the Nanny and Countess Waterstone all became suspect and eventually identified as co-conspirators as the mystery unfolds.
Babak Babakinejad has become his own detective as a pro-se attorney, as he continues deposing former staff from the MIT Media Lab who conspired to defraud investors in the Open Agriculture project. In his civil case #2181-1904 the tracks have been laid on which the whistleblower has experienced attempts to derail him with tactics of delay and prejudice of the Middlesex County, Superior Court, members of the Massachusetts Bar and MIT’s Office of General Counsel. He has a date of February 2027 for a trial by jury where he hopes to find fairness and equity which will only come if we pray and fast.
Jeffrey Epstein can be seen as the man on the snowbound train whose death took place in his New York jail cell. You might think of Virginia Giuffre who was sex trafficked by him as the Daisie Armstrong kidnapped from her home and killed, for whom justice was being extracted. Ghislaine Maxwell will be deposed soon from Capitol Hill as to all things Epstein.
The train tracks were historically laid in 1950 to transport building materials when the Cambridge Campus of Massachusetts Institute of Technology construction project began its relocation from Boston in 1913. There is an MIT rotunda style brick chapel along the Charles River. THE CASE OF DR. RAHIM SHAFA

While the exiled Crown Prince of Iran, Reza Pahlavi hopes to be restored to power in the near future, the judicially persecuted prisoner # 04400-509 Dr. Rahim Shafa stated from his prison, “If he plays his cards right and breaths peace, brotherhood and forgiveness he can solve the problem for both nations at war.” He used poetic language to describe the romantic relationship of a couple (America and Iran) who had been in love and married considering their options for divorce or reconciliation of their original love. Similarly Jesus beckoned the church in Ephesus to Return to their First Love. Revelation 2:4. Some 50,000 freedom fighters have died in the "Iranian Revolution" at the unjust hands of the Regime of Islamic terrorists, while young women who had been gang raped were further mutilated as their wombs were cut out to hide the evidence. This was reported by Iran Alive Ministries, an evangelical organization in Dallas, Texas who broadcast the good news of Jesus Christ via satellite to 7 million daily inside Iran.
I brought Dr. Shafa's case to the attention of candidate for U S Attorney General and friend of the President, attorney Peter Ticktin recently who will now navigate a pardon application and battle to bring light to an incredible injustice in our legal system. It was just over a year ago when I first met Dr. Shafa prior to his reporting to Federal Prison. He has served one full year of the 3 year sentence, facing the toughest fight of his life after being convicted under circumstances that left us all reeling. "This never should have happened to Dr. Shafa," Mr. Ticktin told us during the legal consultation in response to the judicial tyranny in the Boston court who gave a sentence many believe was unjustly harsh.
The Case # 4:20-CR-40021-MRG USA vs Rahim Shafa, MD (being appealed) involves Dr. Shafa, M.D., a citizen of the United States since 2012, a respected physician who prescribed and administered the pellet form of an FDA-approved drug to help treat opioid addiction. As a physician living and working in the Boston area of the United States, Dr. Shafa is authorized and licensed to prescribe the medication. However, the Biden Administration prosecutors alleged that Dr. Shafa can legally administer the medication as an injection or as a tablet by mouth, but could not lawfully administer the same medication as a licensed doctor by a slow-release pellet under the skin. Dr. Shafa, conducting careful monitoring of his patients, found that the slow-release pellet provides vastly superior results, promoting faster and more successful cures of addiction. However, actual success in helping patients recover from addiction quickly means that Big Pharma companies make less money. Instead of long-term treatment that is much less effective making pharmaceutical companies rich, the quick and effective cure reduces the overall cost to the patient, Medicare, Medicaid, or insurance.
Dr. Shafa’s dedication led him down a path marred by Margaret Guzman, a federal judge known for her liberal stance on justice. Her decisions have been scrutinized as she edges closer to becoming the next democratic Justice on the Supreme Court of the U.S. The charge of money laundering provides for a sentence of up to 20 years in prison, three years of supervised release and a fine in excess of 6 digits. Legal expert Jonathan Moseley stated, "Apparently the DOJ and perhaps his former attorney Brad (who reportedly never advised him to testify) forgot that there has to be an element of racketeering to indict for international money laundering. To be criminally culpable under 18 U.S.C. § 1956(a)(1), a defendant must conduct or attempt to conduct a financial transaction, knowing that the property involved in the financial transaction represents the proceeds of some unlawful activity."
Funds raised will go directly toward documenting and enhancing the case to assist the official review and analysis of Ed Martin at the U.S. Department of Justice who is considering Rahim Shafa's pardon application—an effort that can tip the scales back to balance.
May the King of Kings and Prince of Peace Jesus Christ ruler of the nations grant President Trump wisdom in war and to grant a pardon and restitution. In his Easter message he quoted John 3:16 that any great nation must have God for an eternal life. They played a piece with various whistle instruments blowing, not letting me forget the MIT Whistleblower case in the Massachusetts Superior Court. On New Year’s Day I became aware that Rogers and Hammerstein’s, “The Sound of Music” broadway musical is really coming to Boston this week on January 6, 2026 at the Majestic Theatre. We will have to wait until February 3, 2026 for the next Court Hearing in the case scheduled in Courtroom 710 of Middlesex County Superior Court. The newest Judge assigned to the case is the honorable Ashe Z. White who we need to keep in our prayers.
Friends are asking me if there is any link between the shooting of the MIT Professor Nuno Loureiro and the case of Dr. Babakinejad the MIT Whistleblower against the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. While I won’t speculate, it’s interesting to note that the storage unit where the shooter committed suicide is down the street in Salem, NH from the home of my hosts, Mike and Kristie Divine this summer at their West Newbury, MA guest house. The husband was the Trump Republican Campaign Director for their county in West Newbury and the wife’s father owns the Boston Broadside conservative newspaper. These facts beg the questions of whether they were on the shooter’s list of targets and are there other perpetrators at large.

dr zhivago in russia, the usa and the mit - epstein case

The movie Dr. Zhivago comes to mind when I think of Russia and the song, Laura’s Theme which was played on the beautiful balalaika. The Bolshevik Revolution of 1917 was the backdrop of this suspenseful story where good versed evil. Fast forward to 2025 following the dinner reception at the end an AI Conference at the Ritz Carlton in Washington DC, some special guests accompanied me as I sought out the baby grand piano down the enormous hall. The MIT Whistleblower looked on as I played and sang “Laura’s Theme” which rose in my heart. I had recently prayed at the Embassy of Russia located nearby concerning the war on Ukraine.
Due to my own research I would learn of the agreement between the U.S. - Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Media Lab and the Russia - entity Skolkovo Foundation, Media Lab. I’m left wondering who is fabricating the design of micro weapons being used by the Kremlin today. Jeffrey Epstein was funded by the billionaire owner of “Victoria's Secret,” Les Wexner of Ohio who also provided the Jets for Epstein's guests who accompanied him to the islands. Though 88 now, couldn’t he be subpoenaed as a witness in the Whistleblower case ? Maybe a question for Tulsi Gabbard.
Some years ago I was invited by Russian born, Vera Danchenko- Stern (Pianist and Vocal Coach at Peabody Institute and the Royal Conservatory of Music) to accompany her to Moscow with students from the Washington Opera and the New York Metropolitan Opera. We stayed at the Music Conservatory in Moscow and were able to tour the seven churches in Red Square. Her mission was to bring her excellence in performances in her homeland including St. Petersburg at the American Embassy, where I would MC the gathering. It was good to see the daughter of Congressman Tom Lantos, Katrina and her husband, who hosted us in their role as United States Ambassadors to Russia. I was recognized in association with the “Presidential Inaugural Prayer Breakfast, where the Congressman had previously spoken for us about his family’s escape from Naziism in Hungary. The evening had brightened with me playing the baby grand piano and singing “I Ask For the Nations,” following the memorable time we experienced that morning at The Hermitage Winter Palace.
Going back to the 1960’s Cold War, my friend Frances Gary Powers Jr. told us the story of his father who was the “Operation Overflight” U-2 pilot who was shot down over Russia as a guest speaker at “An American Jubilee” recognizing Israel’s 50th anniversary as an nation. In his book called “Spy Pilot” and the 2015 Steven Spielberg production of “Bridge of Spies” he further demonstrates what his dad endured during his capture, trial and 2 year imprisonment. When Powers was traded for four Russian spies the first thing he asked his handlers to do was to see the epic drama, "Ben Hur" about the encounter of Jesus Christ. He became employed by KNBC TV doing recognizance reporting by helicopter after refusing to work for the CIA at Lockheed Martin. Having run out of fuel, he died a hero’s death when he crash landed to avoid killing children playing ball in Balboa Park. Later it would be confirmed that the fuel gauge had been tampered with. Today The Greenbrier, America's Resort in White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia has an underground bunker tour in which you can see the declassified Congressional City for safety of our government officials during times of Nuclear Threat. I was honored to volunteer to help him establish the Cold War Museum in Warrenton, Virginia. It was Gary Jr. who would tell me of my father’s 50th anniversary reunion of the 70th tank battalion of WWII which I attended. U.S. Army Colonel Varhol wrote to me afterwards stating that it had been his commission to find places of worship for the soldiers to attend church services. He said, “More often than not we worshipped under the trees of the forest to avoid being seen by the enemy aircraft in Germany. I always saw your father in prayer on the front line beside General Taynton.“
Author of the book, Dr. Zhivago, Boris Pasternak was persecuted in Soviet prison for 2 years until he died and his lover who inspired the book had a worse fate for 7 years. The author wrote in a Religious tone, with skepticism toward the Bolshevik Revolution and indifference of socialist aims made it unpublishable in the USSR due to being outside their cultural guidelines and its "non-acceptance of the socialist revolution”. It was smuggled out to the Italian Milanese publisher Giangiacomo Feltrinelli and the First Edition was published in Italian in 1957 in Italy. Declassified by CIA - In 1958 Britain the CIA sent the microfilm of Russian Text and printed the book in Russian. CIA used Dutch intelligence to produce a hard copy in the Hague and made copies that were routed across Europe with concentrated distribution of them at the Brussels World Fair and in Austria. Behind the iron curtain the book, Dr. Zhivago challenged Collective Ideology.
President Eisenhower used the book secretly at Austria’s "Vienna Youth Festival" in 1959. In Italy at the Vatican Pavilion a blue linen edition of the book was handed out where exiled Catholic Russians had curtained off a small library full of books aimed at Christians living under repressive regimes.
In 1965 the Landmark motion picture Dr. Zhivago was produced and became a sensation worldwide. Icon Russian paintings of Jesus Christ were seen on the walls of the family home portraying the God given Conscience of humankind. The cost of sin leading to death was portrayed in the end of the movie. There seems a way that is right to a man, but in the end it leads to death. PROVERBS 14:12 The scene where Dr. Zhivago deflected from the warfront as a medical officer and was trudging through the snow among the miles of wooden cross-like poles reminds me of the Via Dolorosa which Jesus himself walked to Calvary.
Let us not forget the cost with which our own freedom in America was established on the foundation of Christianity and the right to practice it. Today the number one best selling book is the Holy Bible. It contains 2,500 prophecies of which 2,000 of them have been filled with great accuracy concerning Israel, Babylon, Assyria and Egypt that were given to the prophets. There are 332 prophecies about the first coming of the Lord which were fulfilled at His birth. There are 39 historical documents about the birth, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ written by historians of which we have archaeological evidence.
